Our Counselor

Monica Esparza is Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) currently under the supervision of Nancy Asher LPC-S, RPT-S, SPT-S. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s University of San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. 

Monica works with clients from a Neuroscience perspective to help them gain new insights and develop strategies that will transform their life. She uses multiple interventions, including the therapeutic aspects of sand, art, and play, to address emotional, behavioral, and relational issues. She offers a safe, nurturing environment that encourages healing, change, and growth. 

She currently lives in San Antonio Texas with her two dogs. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, rock, climbing, and collecting plants.
